Cooper Tire have announced that they are the official supplier of 4x4 tyres to the Lone Wolf Transglobal Expedition's Land Rover Wolf Defender.
The expedition plans to circumnavigate the globe in just 12 months travelling through 40 countries. The vehicle itself has been built to specifications set by Sir Ranulph Fiennes, the world-renowned explorer. All the action in being filmed for a ten-part documentary series and the crew will be relying on Cooper 4x4 tyres, specifically the Discoverer STT Super Traction Tread 4x4 tyres. Nick Fieldhouse explains that tyre choice was a key part of the modifications that he and his team made to their Land Rover G4 Defender 4x4 vehicle for laning in the Lake District National Park.
